What every plan includes
The core work is the same across all three — the difference is how much happens each month and whether your patch is locked to you.
Full profile rebuild — month one
Categories, services, description, attributes, service areas, hours, contact links, booking link. These are the settings that decide whether Google shows you at all. Most profiles have at least three of them wrong.
Baseline grid scan within 48 hours
Before we change anything, we map where you currently rank across your whole service area. Every report after that is measured against it, so you can see movement rather than take our word for it.
Google posts
Services you want more of, availability, seasonal work, what's on this month. Keeps the profile looking like a business that's actually operating rather than one that set up a listing in 2019.

Common questions
Which plan should I be on?
If there are already three established businesses in your industry showing in the map pack near you, Pro. If you're in a quieter area or a less contested industry, Core will do the job. If you run more than one location, Max. Ring us and we'll tell you straight — including if the answer is Core rather than Pro.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Cancel the one you're on and start the other. Moving up from Core to Pro also means we check your territory is still available at that point.
Do I have to give you my Google password?
No, and you shouldn't give it to anyone. You add us as a manager from inside your own account. You stay the owner, and you can remove our access yourself in about thirty seconds.
Will I get a tax invoice?
Yes, monthly, with our ABN and the GST shown separately, so your bookkeeper has what they need.
What if I don't have a Google Business Profile yet?
Ring us before you buy. Setting one up from scratch means getting verified by Google first, which usually involves you recording a short video of your premises — we can't do that part for you. It's straightforward, but it adds a couple of weeks before the real work starts.
