Shipping and service delivery

We don't ship anything

Local SEO Marketing sells Google Business Profile management services. We do not sell, stock or ship physical products. There are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses, no postage, no tracking numbers and no couriers involved at any point.

Everything we do is delivered digitally, directly to your Google Business Profile and by email.

How the service is delivered

All work is performed on your Google Business Profile through manager access you grant us. Reports, grid scans and dashboards are delivered by email and through online tools. All communication is by email, phone and SMS.

When it starts

  • Immediately after checkout: you get an order confirmation and an onboarding form.
  • Within 1 business day: we confirm your territory and industry category in writing (Pro and Max), and send instructions for granting us profile access.
  • Within 2 business days of access being granted: we run your baseline geo-grid scan and complete a full profile audit.
  • Within 5 business days of access being granted: initial profile optimisation is complete and ongoing work begins.

The clock starts when you grant us manager access to your profile. If access is delayed, everything downstream is delayed too — including the start of the 30-day performance guarantee period.

Reporting

You'll receive a monthly report by email covering geo-grid movement against your baseline, profile activity and performance metrics, and call tracking data where your tier includes it. Reports go out within 5 business days of your monthly billing date.

Where we work

We work with businesses across Australia. Our team is based in Torquay, Victoria and Newcastle, New South Wales, and we use offshore support for some repeatable production tasks. Everything client-facing is handled by us in Australia.

We currently only take on Australian businesses with a verified Google Business Profile and a genuine physical or service-area presence in Australia.

If a report, scan or update hasn't reached you when it should have, email admin@localseomarketing.com.au. Check your spam folder first — automated reports occasionally land there.
